A hobby project that quickly gained popularity, attracting over 10,000 users within a week and generating buzz within the NBA community. The project was a simple web application that allowed users to share memories or tweets they had published from years ago. Each shared memory included a signup link to the website, contributing to its viral spread.

Based on my analytics, it was on a promising trajectory of 10 million users or more. However, I lacked the budget necessary to support the server and hosting requirements.

Milestones

  • ~50,000 users
  • ~200,000 memories shared
  • Generated buzz in the NBA as featured by Forbes, ESPN, and ClutchPoints

Note

Due to the recent changes in the X (Twitter) API, I had to take down the website.
